Every VaultRadar engagement includes a controlled client collaboration workspace for milestones, deliverables, risks, decisions, documents, demonstrations, approvals, and next actions.
We currently use Teamwork as our default production collaboration platform, configured around the VaultRadar Delivery Assurance process. Alternative platforms may be used when required by client security, compliance, or workflow needs.
The demo illustrates our delivery methodology. It is not the production collaboration system used for active client engagements.
Clients receive clear updates on completed outcomes, current milestones, blockers, and next deliverables.
Review acceptance criteria, supporting evidence, demonstrations, feedback, and approval status in the project collaboration workspace.

Every engagement begins with a documented baseline and measurable acceptance targets. Depending on the system, we track:
Cost per request, model and API spend, cache hit rate, and infrastructure utilization.
p95 latency, throughput, timeout rate, and response quality.
Availability targets, deployment success rate, error rate, and recovery time.
Targets are agreed in the SOW and measured against the client's baseline. Results vary by workload, architecture, and environment.
